MJ的那份trust文件可能是真的，但是世界新闻报的报道是纯粹典型的小报文章，其中充满了有意无意的错误和歪曲，MJJC上称它是无知和愚蠢（ignorant and idiot）的文章，何必翻它呢（对不起，cassie-MJ你的翻译也有不少不是很正确的地方）？只能在给目前已经很混乱的情况更加一把火。

例如：

同时，katherine(MJ 的妈妈）从遗产中，已经有权获得$9900万美元（大约6800万英镑），而这些我们第一时间已经公开出来。

Trust上说的是，Katherin并不继承本金，她只获得由这$9900万美元所产生的净收益，这笔净收入在她去世后转给三个孩子。只有孩子们长大后才能继承本金。现在没拿到大笔的钱，是因为MJ的遗产仍在审查中（probate），在没有将那20%给慈善机构，还没有缴纳相应的税款（大约一亿美元）之前，是不会分配遗产的。

    我只是逐字逐句的去翻译这个小报所披露的遗嘱内容， 没有去定性它的真伪；
而且这里面有几句有很多省略的地方，只是单纯的翻译。
不过我个人觉得这份公开的东西的内容到是符合mj的性格。

先说声对不起，不是针对你，翻译很辛苦，但是你的翻译的确是有些问题，而且翻这篇实在是有一点浪费时间。
例如：

我的理解：文件里Michael的命令是很清楚的。

我的理解：法律和文件支持她，在她这一边。

Someone should translate the original trust document but not the 小报文章.  Just like Keen said this trust document may be leaked by one of the family members and use 小报 to spread the misleading information to the public. We should just ignore the 小报文章 and focus on the terms of the trust document.

不好意思由于中午休息有些匆忙，所以有些单词看得有些眼误；

不管是真的是假的，我看到的是里面写的很具体，基本上钻空子的地方很少，不像中国有的条文，模棱两可，想象的空间很大。
这样的东西太好了，也是一种学习呀，促使我思考

我认为遗产给了MJ的妈妈和孩子，又没有给外人，好像没有什么问题。。其他人为什么一定要MJ的遗产？本来就是应该靠自己的。

先不说真假问题，我看这份TRUST，最关心的还是孩子的利益，这份东西提到孩子的部分都是遗产收入的一个分配，但是没有提到TRUST最后由谁管理，貌似无论孩子多少岁，这个TRUST管理者依然是BRANCA他们几个，MJ的后代无法掌控基金。
