鼻子的事CN里有内幕贴，前面已经有人贴出来了。迈当时胖了。脸上没表情，也许心里有实在不开心的事。

我也感觉迈那段时间没那么帅。迈的皮肤病肯定是要吃药的，治疗红斑狼疮的药都是有激素的，强的松能让人一年胖几十斤！

我觉得那时候红斑狼疮加重了，正在服用糖皮质激素控制病情（当年的报道，Neverland被搜的时候，发现的药物中有强的松——种最常用的糖皮质激素），所以那时候人显得有些胖和肿。鼻子未必动过，这个不能光从外表判断。

有點離題不過忍不住要問，如果2001年那時候是红斑狼疮，那1983年2月到11月那時候的也算是红斑狼疮嗎？如果是是兩種不同的红斑狼疮吧？01年那種嚴重一點？红斑狼疮只用糖皮质激素控制病情？還是有其他非激素用藥？如果沒有為什麽83年看起來一點都不顯得胖和腫？

只是基于2003年曾在他家找到过强的松推测他曾服用过。红斑狼疮可以只累及皮肤（盘状红斑狼疮），也可以侵犯内脏。轻的不一定需要服用皮质激素。
