我把自己的信件贴出来供大家参考，希望到现在还没收到OPUS的朋友都联合起来投诉！引起相关部门的重视！
Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm writing to report that the Opus Media Group Limited is suspected of fraud. And I have already contract the other department ,they said your place is where I should go .
Last year ,at Aug. 28th I have ordered one book-The Official Michael Jackson Opus for my friend through Ticketmaster from Opus Media Group Limited with registered office at 29 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WR, which was registered in Jersey under company number 103152 on the price of US$》》》 including the shipping cost.And my order number is 》》》》》》.
Firstly they promised that I will get the book before Christmas in 2009, however, for no reason ,they failed. During the peroid of waiting ,my friends and I have wrote millions of letters to their customer service to inquire this,but never reply!
（Fortunetly ,through some of my friends help in Feb 2010.I have already know the book was surposed to sent to the Chinese customers by the manufacturer which was located in China directly, and I have contacted the manufacturer ,they told me they should wait the publisher of this book --Kraken instruct them for the second delivery, my frist delivery has failed due to the “ technique error” of the Opus group,and then no more answers from anyone for nearly one month ! ）（这个和我有相同情况的写）
My friend ‘s adress and telephone number of the order was absolutely correct,but almost seven months from my order time we haven't got the book as well as any message from them for the explanations.
I also know not only me but lots of China customers did not receive the book yet . So I have a good reason to report that The Opus Media Group Limited is on suspecion of cheating their customers.
I turn to you and hope with your involvement can help the helpless people like me . I request to cancel the order and get the refund with the compensation or get my book with compensation for the inconvenient they have made !
Enclosed there are the proof-pictures of my order and their promise!
