Dear customer,
Opus Media Group would like to apologise for the delay in delivering your Opus. The vast majority of our customers have received their Opus, but there are still some orders outstanding. We have experienced some further issues in our delivery network, but are confident that these have now been sorted out and that we will be despatching your Opus to you within the next 7 days.
We realise that, in certain cases, delivery is overdue. Please be assured that making your delivery as quickly as possible is the absolute priority for the company at this time and as soon as we have tracking information we will be emailing that to you.
Once again, we thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are doing everything in our power to rectify distribution issues and we trust that you will be thrilled with The Official Michael Jackson Opus when you receive it.
We understand that this has been a frustrating experience for you but are confident that we will now be able to deliver your Opus as outlined above and that you can look forward to enjoying your Opus for years to come.
