14、英文诗歌《Poem for Michael》： 作者：jareauMarkie
Suddenly a day, you flew away
Leaving the bright summer days gray
Just in the roses you lay
Did you see the tears we cried?
Look back to the days when you were here
Wherever you stood, there was a glare
Your songs, your dance, even a smile
Drew the scream, and made hearts melt
We always wonder where you are
But heaven seems so far
With the wings you are gone
The performance remaining to be done
With the world you are just so tender,
But in your eyes we see the wonder
Why are they being so mean to me?
Late at night, lonely, you weep
In a world so cold
You always stay bold
In endless rumors you are tortured
But you never lose your childlike nature
What you give us is inspiration
In our eyes you are the perfection
Spreading love beyond the nations
You give this word a best definition
Your music is the light
Brighten up the darkest nights
Heal The World and Keep The Faith
See us through the thickest haze
You are always singing
Not for the fame
You keep on dancing
Dancing the dream
You’ve always wanted to be free
Like the fish in the sea
Now somewhere in the sky
Michael, see? You can fly!
Dear Michael, can you hear?
We are calling your name, loud and clear
Up into the sky the sound goes
Down from the faces our tears flow
Ages can pass
But love will last
Sincerely we pray
Your smile will never fade away
When we look up, we see you smiling
By the moon, you are shining.
Please enjoy the nature’s play
Be there for us
You know, heaven can wait.
Michael, it’s just surprising that I wrote out my first poem, and it’s for you. I didn’t write it, it flowed. I truly understand that, emotions speak for itself. Michael, words cannot describe how I feel now, but I know you understand. You’re there watching me, watching all of us, I know.
I really hope, when my life finally comes to an end, I can see you there. And before that, I’d try my very best, to be the best I can be. And you’d be proud of me then.
I love you Michael, and I’m sure that you know it. And that’s enough for now.
