第三位出庭的洛矶杉的一位救护人员Richard Senneff ：

Prosecution called Richard Senneff - LA paramedic.
RS say is LA firefighter paramedic
RS confirms got 911 call to MJ house
Cardiac arrest , CPR in progress 50 year old male patient not breathing.
Court shown tele type received at firehouse re 911 call
911 call came in at 1222pm
RS passenger in ambulance Martin Blount driving.
Drive is 1.5 miles to MJ house from firestation.
Run though tele type information.
Court takes mid-morning break. Usually a 15 minute breather.
Court resumes. Ambulance arrives at 1226 pm at MJ house
Paramedic Richard Senneff has resumed giving evidence.
RS follows security upstairs in MJ house into bedroom. Sees Murray,patient and security guard.
Mr Senneff: MJ appeared "underweight".
RS says patient thin. Murray leaned over patient and moving him to floor.
RS says Murray frantic.
Murray frantic.
RS asks whether DNR in place - do not resuscitate directive in place
Murray says no. RS saw IV stand with bag and underweight patient and oxygen tank
RS trying to gather info asks Murray questions and he replied no underlying medical conditions after several prompts....he has nothing.
Didnt seem normal to RS given medical equipment in room
RS thought had good chance of saving patient given got there so quickly if heart was the issue - they could restart if just happened.
RS says moved patient to foot of bed where more room to work on him
RS says asked Murray 3 times about MJ medical condition.

他们观察病人的心电图，当机器刚插上的时候，便已是一条直线。接下来给病人输液希望他能有心跳，但仍未奏效。因为看到输液架和氧气罐，所以RS又询问了莫里两次给病人的用药情况。回答是只用了一点点的氯羟安定（温和的镇静剂），没用其他的，并说正在给病人治疗脱水和疲惫。接着救护人员把软管直接插进MJ的肺里输氧。
RS给加州大学洛杉矶分校医学中心（UCLA）打电话，告知了病人的年龄、状况，以及休克了多久。UCLA的医生那电话那头给他回复。
莫里要求将中心导管直接连入MJ胸腔动脉。RS表示没有必备的设备和训练。
莫里要求RS给MJ镁。
法庭出示了RS写的急救报告。
当救护人员把MJ抬出卧室时，RS看到莫里从地上捡起一个东西。RS说送往医院的路上，MJ仍然皮肤发青，瞳孔涣散。他们在救护车上又给他用了更多急救药物。
在救护车上，莫里用手机打了电话。
RS说，整个42分钟的救护过程中，MJ没有生命迹象。
莫里在这一过程中从来没有提到异丙酚。曾有一段时间莫里单独呆在MJ的卧室中。
辩方律师Nareg Gourjian向RS提问。
RS说病人太瘦了，能清晰看到肋骨，看上去好像受到慢性疾病的困扰。
Gourjian问是否像药物成瘾？RS表示不能确定。
RS承认他看到MJ腿上的输液管，他记不清是否问过莫里，关于病人有没有使用软性毒品。 |
