起诉书的简要内容，估计这个律师和Oxman（Joe用Oxman没花钱，不过Oxman可以用Joe的名义去找方式赚钱）是一样的，不预收Katherine的钱，只是打赢官司后再从赔偿金中提成。所以，estate没有加入，因为他们不需要付律师费。很好奇这个Brian J. Panish是何方神人。
