我是个运动协调性极差的人，跳的随不好看，但是学习的目的是为了能壮大众多跳的不好看的歌迷的气势，所以心中仍然因自己舞蹈细胞不够多而没底气的朋友们不用怕，只要能跳下来，就是好的！
在TTW活动中，舞蹈是CD版本的，虽然比、MV版本长了很多，但所用动作全部出自MV，只是组织者为了能填满歌曲、让表演时间长一些，而自己重新编排的。对于没有参加过颤栗快闪的人，整个CD版舞蹈看起来感觉内容很多，毫无头绪，其实是有规律的。
首先抛开舞蹈来说,thriller这首歌大家一定要听熟，听出部分来，就像上学时学语文课文一样，分出个段落：
我将这首歌分为 1、前奏
2、第一段歌词 It's close to midnight and something evil's lurking in the dark

3、第一个高潮部分

6、结束部分，此部分从迈克尔的最后一句tonight唱完时开始，经过若干个八拍的咚咚咚咚，然后开始Vincent的低沉嗓音的朗诵，直至结束。
把音乐分成这几个部分后，你对照教学视频观察，会发现第二部分的歌词和高潮、第三部分的歌词和高潮基本上是重复的，其他重复的规律大家自己去发现吧。我没有原本翻译教学的动作，只是分成几个我认为形象的部分，起了几个名字，练舞时与大家分享。
大家一定要在家里自己对着视频学，有分解不出的动作去排练时解决，大家可以互相交流，最好不要就指着每周排练室练习，自己下面一定要跳，很减肥哦!!
其他城市已经开始在练习了，我们要抓紧，不仅要会跳，跳的还要比别人好，大家努力吧 |
