This realistic Michael Jackson figure features a wax head sculpted by Hollywood Wax Museum curator Ken Horn and wears a replica of one of his most iconic outfits. The black leather motorcycle jacket decorated with gold police badge-style emblems and large gold belt buckle were reproduced directly from the originals, which Jackson donated to the Museum. The body is constructed of fiberglass, the hands from wax. Measures 5 ft. 8 in. tall. $3,000 - $5,000

These exceptionally realistic figures were produced by Hollywood Wax Museum curator Ken Horn at the time of Michael Jackson's critically- acclaimed song, "Thriller". The face and hands of the Michael Jackson zombie are painted green, and he wears a reproduction of the signature red leather jacket and red pants which have faded to pale pink. The male and female zombie figures were created to accompany Michael Jackson. The female zombie was designed to be standing behind Michael with her hand on his shoulder and is dressed in a tattered white sheer gown. The male zombie was designed with a severed right arm and left hand and is dressed in a tattered suit. Each figure measures approximately 6 ft. tall. $4,000 - $6,000

Three heads which were used in Michael Jackson's popular short film, "Ghosts" (1997). A pair of characters zoom towards the camera from the base of the fireplace to scare the grumpy Mayor (played by Michael Jackson in Stan Winston Studio makeup!) in a high-energy moment, transforming from ugly to virtually decomposed via a computer morph between the actors and these three heads. One morph uses two heads, the other only one. Made from silicone, fiberglass, and a metal substructure.

Also included is an original foam latex mouth and beard appliance screen-used in the film The Wiz (Universal, 1978). It is a non-speaking version that means there was no articulation mechanism in it. This is probably why it has survived. The natural foam latex is quite fragile and the hair attached is in good shape. Created by Stan Winston before his name was an iconic one in the public arena, a perfect example of the high quality work that he was responsible for. $1,500 - $2,000 |
