On september 25th, Los Angeles Judge Joseph S. Biderman decided to dismiss the Dieter Wiesner case*. The parties agreed to take part in the settlement discussions weeks ago. After a friendly deposition of Michael Jackson, the parties agreed to dismiss not only parts of the claims, but the entire case. The details of the settlement agreement are not known. * : What was the case about: newsbit from nov. 23rd, 2005 (AP) : "Dieter Wiesner, a former adviser to Michael Jackson, has filed a $64M action against Jackson for alleged breach of contract and fraud. 说MJ违约，他说他拥有销售MJ名号相关产品的权利。 看来双方是私下和解了，不然官司不会撤消

谢谢keen，不过他真的拥有销售MJ名号和相关产品的权利吗？ 事实上自从05年那场官司结束之后，总是有这样那样大大小小的官司 缠着MJ,我很纳闷为什么突然有那么多人着急着告他一状，似乎迫不及待的 想让MJ精神崩溃。或者想从他身上得到些什么。 MJ那么聪明，又出人意料的坚强，真的希望他能应付的来各种各样的事情。 更让我唏嘘的是美国健全的法律体制，似乎总有办法让你与法律挂上钩。

这正证明美国是法制的国家，而我们不是。 法制的国家就是芝麻绿豆大的事都可以用法律来解决。
