google翻译的乱七八糟的,也看不懂,所以只好求求大家来帮我看看.
这信到底是什么意思呀.

Dear Liang Quing

Thank you for your e-mail regarding Opus Media Group Ltd.

Trading Standards were told that the Michael Jackson opus books were in the process of being delivered and that customers should have received them by the 16th April.

If you have not received your opus, you may wish to consider whether you would now like to pursue the option of cancelling the contract and seeking a full refund.

You need to pursue your refund with the company you ordered from, which may be Ticketmaster, or directly from Opus Media.

If you cancel the contract and receive a full refund, you will no longer be receiving delivery of the book.

You may also wish to contact your card provider if you paid with a credit or debit card to see if there is any action they can take, if you are experiencing difficulties in obtaining your refund.

If you still wish to receive your opus, could we ask that you reply to this email and provide us with full details of the order so that we can provide Opus Media with as much information as possible.

They have agreed to provide us with an update on each individual order.

We will need
the name under which your order was placed,
the date the order was placed,
the amount paid,
any order or customer numbers, and
the delivery address.

If you have electronic copies of any order confirmation perhaps you could send this to us as well.

You may already have enclosed this information with a previous email but we would be grateful if you could confirm these exact details again.

Opus Media also tell us that while there have been distribution problems, part of the problem has also been caused by customers providing incorrect addresses.

Obviously we do not yet know whether this is the issue with your particular order, but to assist, could we also ask that you check on any order documents you hold whether your address was stated correctly.

Once we have collated all of this information, we will send it to Opus Media and get back to you as soon as we have received a response.

他是说那个Michael Jackson opus books 已经寄出去了，顾客应该在4月16号就收到。如果你没收到的话，就叫你就可以选择取消然后拿回你的钱。你要退款的的话是要涟漪当初你订单的公司，一旦是你选择退款他们将不会把书寄给你你了。如果退款有什么困难的话你可以联系给你提供卡的人。

如果你还想要这本书的话就你就回这个邮件把你的：订的时候写的姓名 时间 订单号 还有地址发给他们。如果你有什么电子版本的确认页可以发给他。他还提醒你是否把地址写错了。一旦收到你的邮件他会很快答复你。     大概就是这个意思，迈亲是不是在迈什么书啊？
