2003年8月30日流行音樂之王有史以來第一次與他的歌迷一起慶祝自己45歲生日！稱為“邁克爾傑克遜..愛之慶典的生日聚會，在加利福尼亞洛杉磯位於842 S. 的百老匯美麗奧芬劇院內部舉行。
生日會上邁克爾傑克遜對他的歌迷說出這句：
All I can promise you is that I will make you all proud of being a Michael Jackson fan.

new philanthropic organization. While I am not yet able to give you more details, I can tell you its name: "GO FOR YOUR DREAMS!"
